For every holidaymaker this means definitely an inseparable adventure as tasty Cypriot food represents a part of the unique culture.

North Cyprus is literally studded with restaurants from the authentic Cypriot cuisine, which offer very good value for money, to the fashionable restaurants like French, Chinese or Indian.

Lying on the crossroad of the three continents, the Turkish-Cypriot cuisine has been influenced by different cultures throughout history, owing most of its heritage to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences. Many dishes vary from region to region making North Cyprus a marvelous place to eat. The finest restaurants are, however, found in and around Kyrenia.

Over the years the culinary offerings in Northern Cyprus have grown as has the demand for their services. Not only the residents of the island required their services but also by the growing number of tourists that visit the island each year.

The first restaurants on the island were more local in nature and offered Cypriot dishes such as kebabs and mezes. The most famous of these restaurants are
located in the Kyrenia harbour area. It's a pleasure to enjoy a candlelight dinnerwhile gazing at the warm light illuminated Kyrenia castle. Between the breath taking scenery and the scrumptious cuisine it is hard to tell which casts the stronger spell on you.

As the international community on the island is continually growing there has been a push towards more family oriented restaurants, similar in nature to TGI Fridays and Steak Houses, "Stone Grill / Cafe Duka" to name a few have opened in and around Kyrenia.

Cafe Bars and English Pubs

There are lots of Cafe bars and English pubs across Northern Cyprus, like the rest of the Mediterranean islands the cafe bar culture is to be seen everywhere.
There is a great range of Cafe bars in and around Kyrenia Harbor that serve a good choice of beers and food. You can also find some great bars in the better
hotels, The Colony Hotel the Rocks Hotel and the Merrit Hotel to name a few also offer entertainment however they can be expensive, so please bear this in mind.

Some English bars worth mentioning are, Villa Swallow that is situated just two minutes walk from the Harbour, it offers a great selection of beers and superb home cooked English food, the Fireman's Fez Pub is handy to know as it serves good old fish and chips on a Friday evening and the Castle Pub in araoglanoglu which is only five minutes away is very convenient if you want to watch the live football.

The Santori Holiday Village is a great place for a night cap especially in the summer when there is a great atmosphere around the pool bar and restaurant.

The Escape beach offers both bars and Nightclub during the summer months. It is a great place for the latest in dance music and with its open air club next to the sea you could not ask for a better setting.

Niazis Restaurant

Niazis Restaurant has been serving good quality food, mainly kebabs and steaks, to locals and tourists for over 40 years. His now famous kebabs have stopped people needing a starter ever since day one, and with a wide selection of desserts to suit every taste, you really are spoiled for choice. Positioned in the heart of Kyrenia center, just 2 minutes walk from the harbor, you are also in the perfect position to seek out some late night entertainment. Open 7 days a week.

Pizza Garden

Pizza Garden is just a few miles to the west of Kyrenia and this is very popular restaurant that serves various foods throughout the day. Famous for their individual style & taste in a pizza and those delicious, thick chocolate/brandy milkshakes, you can sit and watch the best sunsets the island has to offer in this relaxed and tranquil location. Open 7 days a week, closed from November to March.

Carob

Rich in history and architecture, this delightful restaurant is situated right in the heart of Kyrenia harbor, with its old fishing boats and imposing backdrop of the ancient Kyrenia castle. There are 3 floors in total with the "roof top terrace" being the most popular place for diners to enjoy the amazing view on offer. The menu is extensive and there really is something to suit all tastes, so whilst in the Northern Cyprus the Carob is a must. Open 7 days a week.

The Ambiance

The Ambiance is opened by 2 of the most experienced and popular restaurateurs in the Northern and offers its diners something different from the average restaurant. Set right on the seas edge in the very popular village of Karaoglanoglu, you can relax and enjoy one of the most extensive menus on the island whilst listening to the waves gently splashing against the rocks. The evening is busy and the atmosphere is perfect, the day is laid backed with the chance to relax on loungers and soak up the rays, all in all, the perfect choice. Altinkaya 1

Altinkaya 1 is just 5 miles west of Kyrenia city center on the Kyrenia-Lapta road. This is lovely fish restaurant which offers panoramic views and a friendly atmosphere, open 7 days a week.

Chinese House

Peking and Cantonese dishes served at Kyrenia's popular Chinese House situated just 1.5 km west of the city center. There are indoor and outdoor seating arrangements so you can enjoy the authentic dishes any time of the year. Closed on Sundays.

Efendis House

Efendis House is situated in the old Turkish quarter with a delightful courtyard garden and giant apricot tree. This old time restaurant has a small but delicious menu, the staff is all friendly and the atmosphere is perfect. Closed on Mondays. If you are looking for a good quality Indian restaurant, look no further. The location is both convenient and impressive and offers diners a wide choice of menu including authentic indian dishes, some French cuisine and an impressive choice of Italian. Something for everyone. And it's all about Jashans.

The Stone Grill

The Stone Grill offers a superb setting and benefiting from a innovative idea that you can cook your own dinner in front of you! The idea seemed strange at first but has quickly taken off with the full car park an indication of its success. Open 7 days a week

The Address

One of just a few restaurants that stay busy all through the year, and when you taste the food you will know exactly why. Whether it's on the terrace in the summer, or indoors in the winter, The Address always has a fantastic atmosphere. Closed on Tuesdays.

St Tropez

Looked upon as one of the superior restaurants in Northern Cyprus, and quite rightly so, St Tropez has built up a superb reputation over the years. With an excellent menu to suit all tastes, friendly and efficient staff, a separate 'cocktail bar' and a wine list to rival all others, St Tropez is perfect for that special evening out. Open 7 days a week.

The Best Way To Eat

I believe the best way to eat, to avoid premature ageing and promote good overall health - is an Anti-Inflammatory diet, rich in Antioxidants and Low Glycaemic Load (GL). First of all let’s understand Inflammation - this is a process that robs the skin of it’s youth, although inflammation is a natural healing reaction, it easily gets out of control and many researchers believe it is proving to be the basis of virtually every disease process from heart disease, cancer and dementia to skin problems including skin ageing. UV, pollution, ozone, smoking, all cause Free Radicals to be produced in the body - this triggers inflammation.

The GL Way of Eating

The GL diet has received a lot of media attention and lots of books have been written on the subject - fortunately it’s not hype, and here to stay. It has many positive medical benefits such as reducing adult-onset diabetes and heart disease. The perks of eating low GL is weight loss and a slim body and loads of energy - it is above all Anti-inflammatory. GL is a ranking system for Carbohydrate content in food portions based on their Glycaemic Index (GI) and portion size. The Glycaemic Index is a measure of the effects of carbohydrates on blood sugar levels, foods are rated to whether they are low (0-10), medium (11-19) or high (20+) GL. A high Glycaemic Load food, i.e - white bread, croissants and sugar releases sugars into the blood stream very quickly (known as a sugar spike) - this spike in insulin sets off a cascade of inflammation in the body. Low GL foods release sugar into the blood stream more steadily, resulting in a slow release of Insulin with very little inflammation. The Italian/Meditteranean diet is very low Gl and rich in Fish, fruits and vegetables with beneficial oils and herbs, it also helps that the food is delicious.

Increased blood sugar causes chemical reactions in the body which create inflammation, this leads to a damaging effect on skin cells and Collagen fibres and can result in inflexible collagen and wrinkle formation. To improve and protect our skin we need a low Glycaemic Load diet - rich in Antioxidants. One of the benefits I have found in this way of eating is a huge increase in energy levels, also by keeping blood sugar levels stable, you not only feel better but your not tempted by a high sugar treat or snack high in fat. We should aim to have something to eat every three hours to help keep blood sugar stable.

The Top Anti-Oxidant, Anti-Ageing Foods

By simply maintaining a sensible approach to the foods we eat, I admit we can’t be 100% saintly all the time, treats in moderation, but I try to eat the best I can 90 % of the time, and don’t feel bad if you have a treat occasionaly! Luckily, there is an abundant selection of readily available foods, (some call them Super Foods) that are rich in Antioxidants, here’s my pick of the best skin friendly foods ……..

Protein

The body could not grow or function without protein - it is the basic material of life. It’s the Amino Acids in Proteins that are actually the building blocks of our body, as the body can only manufacture 11 of the 20 Amino Acids that are essential for life, the remaining 9 must be supplied by our food. An ongoing lack of protein is first noticeable in the face, as the sharp definitions and contoured cheekbones start to turn soft and doughy. When the protein supply is lacking, the body is forced to feed upon itself, this causes both muscle and tissue to break down. Try to have a portion of protein with each meal -  one egg, up to 70g of free-range skinless  Chicken or turkey - white meat is high in Selenium which is essential for the proper function of some antioxidant enzymes, meat (red meat in moderation) or oily fish - Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, Mackerel, goats and sheep’s cheese and yogurt, milk, Soya, and don’t forget about nuts and seeds! All of these are face firming protein.

Berries

Bright red and dark  berries are rich in antioxidants and Vitamins that help protect the skin and fight disease. Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Cranberries, Black & Red cherries, red grapes, Boysenberries, Bilberries. Each berry brings its own unique nutrients to the table, so aim for a mixed handful every day and experiment. Fruits and Vegetables

Aim to eat around five to seven portions (a portion should fit in the palm of your hand), the more brightly coloured the better! Choose from a rainbow of beautiful Vitamin and Mineral rich fruits and Vegetables - Beta-Carotene rich red and yellow bell peppers, tomatoes, beets, courgettes, carrots, sweet potato, squash, red cabbage, cantaloupe melon, nectarines, apricots, Pomegranates, Apples have tons of antioxidants mostly in the skin so ensure you don’t peel. Dark leafy greens are high in Beta-Carotene and other anti-ageing antioxidant micro-nutrients including Vitamin E and manganese, good choices are - broccoli, Kale, Chard, Spinach and some lettuces like Romaine or Watercress and peppery Rocket. Beans have many health promoting benefits and are rich in B Vitamins and Potassium, this includes dried beans and green beans. There is so much choice available, so if you don’t like one type of vegetable, you can easily find another you love. Vegetables are also a source of fibre which is essential for a healthy digestive tract.

The Good Fats

Fat free diets are definitely trouble. Fats are essential for the functioning of our whole body, including the brain. We also need fats for our body to absorb fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K). However, some fats we should definitely put aside, these are a saturated fats found in full-fat dairy products and red meat, these can be pro-inflammatory in large amounts so portion size should be limited or eaten very occasionally.  Hydrogenated Trans Fats shouldn’t really be in our food, so steer clear - look at the ingredients to check as they are a genuine danger to health.

Essential Fatty Acids (EFAs) are the good guys, they are called essential as they are essential for life - our body cannot make them and must obtain them from the food we eat. EFAs are divided into two main groups - Omega 3 and Omega 6, these must be consumed in the right ratio which is 2:1 of omega 6 to omega 3 - these fatty acids are much needed not only for your internal organs but for your cell membranes, plumping the skin and moisturising from inside. Other sources of good fats are - Nuts and Seeds (Flax seeds are excellent), Avocados and Olive oil. I take Udo’s Choice balanced Omega Oil - 1 tablespoon a day, also Viridian Beauty Oil is excellent, taking a supplement ensures you don’t become deficient in EFAs.

Low GI Grains

Opt for non refined grains like Organic rough old fashioned oats, Granary bread (or Rye or Spelt), Brown rice, Wholemeal pasta, Barley, Quinoa - these are all low GI and will release their energy slowly. Avoid the Carbohydrates which cause fast and high blood glucose responses like white bread, cakes, biscuits, pies, pizza.

Juices

A cup of fresh fruit and vegetable juice everyday will boost your nutrients and have a cleansing effective on your digestive system. Try juicing carrots, beetroot, apples, ginger and any fruit and veg that may go to waste. My favourite is apple, carrot and ginger.

Nuts and Seeds

The energy in nuts and seeds amazes me - they are the life source of plants and absolutely bursting with nutrients, including protein - so good for vegetarians. They are also packed with EFAs, vitamins (skin friendly Vitamin E) and many minerals. Some of the best are Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame. Most nuts are good, avoid too many Cashews (quite fattening). Walnuts and Almonds have a rich source of antioxidants and protein, aim for a handful of seeds and nuts everyday.

Turmeric

This is one spice to add to your shopping list! Turmeric and Ginger are both high in an antioxidant polyphenol called “Curcumin” and are very anti-inflammatory. A very skin friendly spice that turns everything a lovely yellow colour. I roast a mixture of vegetables and add one teaspoon of Turmeric powder and Olive oil and coat the vegetables.

I have tried to show you some of the foods we should be eating, instead of concentrating on everything that we shouldn’t! and remember better health equals better skin, if you start introducing some of the good foods into your life you will age beautifully with heaps of energy and glowing skin.

One of the more popular ways to access a resort these days is through owning a timeshare at one. But there are many factors to consider. If you decide to get brave and go to a presentation, be sure to go with an open mind. But also be careful.

Often, the first exposure we receive to timeshare ownership comes from filling out a coupon to win a vehicle or receive a cheap or free vacation in the sun or at a ski resort. For some this happens at fairs, in restaurants or at car dealerships. For others first contact is through a (not-so-well-timed) phone call interrupting dinner and offering a free or inexpensive short hotel stay in exchange for a couple of hours of your time. Occasionally, some well-meaning or profit-motivated relative, friend or associate will give out your co-ordinates. On vacation in Mexico, it is not unusual to be stopped in the street of a coastal vacation city and offered a free day of island hopping on board a boat, with stops for horseback riding, meals and a "happy hour" in exchange for foregoing some time in the sun for a presentation.

As long as you understand that accepting these offers can be the prelude to several hours (they usually tell you two hours - take that with a grain of salt) of presentations - slide and/or film shows, discussions, property-viewing and - in some rare cases - browbeating, there is a benefit versus detriment ratio to look at. You need to weigh the benefits of initiating the process required to receive the offer/prize against the cost in travel to and from the resort presentation site, time in the presentation and negotiation.

It may seem surprising that so many people with absolutely no intention of purchasing a timeshare property end up walking away the owners of an annual week of tropical heaven or cool skiing. But then, perhaps it shouldn't be that surprising. The salespeople are usually chosen to be compatible with or complementary to the average timeshare client - they aspire to create a climate conducive to making a sale.

Even if you intend to turn down the offer (you only want to try for the prize!) the timeshare salespeople are trained in the best ways to turn your NO into a YES. In most instances, the salesperson will bring in a more senior person (usually the sales manager) either to use their superior persuasion skills, use psychology skills on you, try a different personality type, exercise fluency in making deals, fast-talking or merely utilize their ability to sweeten the offer. Sound like buying a car? Well, resorts and cars have that in common.

Usually there's a meal provided at the presentation - more dangerous to the negative attendee perhaps being the champagne breakfast. Those little bubbles tickling the nose will often loosen the tighter pocketbooks and wallets. And what better than a good meal to move the prospective resort property owner into timeshare convert. It's a poor salesperson that does not make a non-buyer feel badly for failing them! Few resort salespeople starve - the sales manager can often provide the addition purchase incentive - and there's usually a free meal available until the resort seller gets consistent good results.

Where does the resort get the money to pay for the prize SUV, vacation dollars, delicious meal or tickets to Sea World? Well, obviously the resort company needs a marketing budget. This is derived from the eventual profits to be made from each sale. Actually, it's the resort purchasers who pay for both successful and unsuccessful sales efforts. So, if you actually intend to purchase you should hold out for the best deal possible.

This means don't accept the first, or the second, or even the third offer you hear from the sales team. Invoke every opportunity to have them make you a better offer. Don't worry, as long as you are in some kind of negotiation - even if it looks like you are very negative on the value of the deal - there is someone on site who can improve the offer in some way. This can go on until the sales manager is reluctantly closing your car door for you after spending 4 or 5 hours of hard bargaining.

THIS IS THE POINT AT WHICH YOU SHOULD CONSIDER ACCEPTING THE LAST DEAL BUT WITH ONE MORE UPGRADE.

You have outstayed most all of the presentation attendees, the salespeople want to go home, and you have heard pretty much all the offers they have to make. The sales team is ready to go as far as they have ever gone before - maybe farther. Make your last pitch to hear their best and final offer - that last one-week stay in Atlantis in the Bahamas or that vacation certificate that can be used every year, which the sales manager was going to use to take his significant other for a sun-and-sea-filled week as a surprise.

Remember the power of negotiation. Resort owners are not used to dealing with hard bargainers. So take advantage of it. Get every penny out of it you can, then let it go and enjoy your new resort.

Luxury Hotels in British Virgin Islands

Virgin Gordas Biras Creek Resort consists of 33 suites on Bercher Bay on a 140 acre estate. It is called a resort but it is more like a private community. The spa and restaurant at the harbor are fabulous. The resort just completed a million dollar makeover before reopening in October. The ocean and garden suites are mini-mansions. Peter Island Resort has been named as one of the worlds top resort by both Travel Leisure magazine and Conde Nast Traveler. A recent multimillion dollar makeover enriched the resorts tropical charm. A new villa and a spa have been added.

The exclusive Guana Island resort is seven beaches spread over 850 acres with cottages and villages for only 32 guests. There are numerous water related sporting activities as well as biking and hiking trails. The establishment is serious about making this resort a world apart, as the rooms do not have telephones or televisions.

Best Restaurants in British Virgin Islands

The Brandywine Bay Restaurant reserves four moorings for drop-in guests. However, the easily approachable moors support yachts up to 50 feet only. The menu, which is masterfully prepared by owner/chef Davide, changes daily. Additionally, check out Davides other place, the Capriccio di Mare, an Italian cafe promises the best pizza in the entire Caribbean! The Eclipse Restaurant and the Luna Lounge are a package deal. The Eclipse offers an eclectic fusion cuisine (i.e., unique dishes) and an extensive wine list. The restaurant is located in Fat Hogs Bay of Penns Landing Marina on Tortola. The Pavilion at the Rosewood Dix Bay is an open air restaurant that serves up elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets as well as a dinner menu of Caribbean-influenced dishes. The breathtaking view alone is worth the price of admission.

To Do in British Virgin Islands

Is there a better part of the world in which to charter a yacht than the BVI? Island hop, take a tour, go fishing, go sailing, go snorkeling, scuba diving, or skiing. Keep your toast short and simple. This means that you have to avoid using fancy words and long-winded sentences. So keep your toast short as much as you can. Write in short sentences and then populate your paragraph with 4 to 5 short sentences. This will keep the attention of your listening audience.

Use colourful and descriptive words. This tips does not mean that you will use fancy words that can only be found in the dictionary. No. This means that you have to show and not tell. Use metaphor, simile, and imagery when writing your toast. This will engage the imagination of your listening audience.

Avoid using excessive swear words, double meaning jokes, tasteless jokes, and inside jokes. Your goal for having the toast is to draw the attention of your listening audience and to honour the bride and groom. Do not tarnish the occasion by saying the wrong things.

The city of Murcia is positioned on the Segura River in the south east of Spain, and has a population of almost 440,000 people. The city and region is well noted for its long hot summers, arid climate resulting in very little rain, and offers almost 300 days of sunshine a year! The Murcia Region is characterised by the almost 250km of Mediterranean Coastline known as Costa Cálida, and located to the south of Murcia City. The beaches are splendid, and the waters are warm, a major plus for tourists all year round. It is easily accessible along the AP-7. If you travel along this route, you will be astounded by the change in scenery and emphasis from the fishing villages to the food producing areas.

Mar Menor (translated as ‘Little Sea') is located to the north of the coast and includes the largest lagoon in Europe. The famous tourism region of La Manga (a 22km slice of land) is what keeps Mar Manor from the sea.

- The Plaza Cardenal Belluga is the location where the Cathedral and the Bishop's Palace are. The Palace dates from the 18th century.

- Murcia City Hall is located in the 18th century constructed part of the city called the Glorieta.

-If you take a walking tour of the old town segement of the city, you will be in the Plateria and Traperia districts. Markets were common in this part of the city, and one of the most impressive sights to see here is the Casino, which was constructed before 1850, and a major social club in the area. The inside of the Casino is an example of the wonderful Moorish style.

- The El Valle Regional park offers a good location for walking and relaxing.

- Romea Theatre & Monteagudo Castle are other locations worth a visit.

- Salzillo Museum to learn about the history of the area.

Cartagena Is the 2nd largest city in the Region and is now one of the main headquarters for the Spanish Navy. The Museum in the city is very impressive and well worth a visit. It tells the story of the civilizations that make up the history of the city from the Romans, Moors to the Christians. The City is home to many relics of the Roman empire, and the Roman Theatre in the city that has been marvellously restored.

The Port of Cartagena has been much improved and the local National Marine Museum is well worth visiting.

La Manga & Resort The most popular tourist area and resort in the Murcia Region is La Manga Resort. It has developed a great reputation as a sport and leisure resort, and a popular place for professional football teams from the UK to gain warm weather training in, and to enjoy a team building winter break. The use of the resort is a testimony to its top class facilities.

La Manga town is located on a 15 mile strip of land which divides the Mar Menor lagoon from the Mediterranea Sea. There are plenty of top class hotels and restaurants located here. The beautiful waters of Mar Menor is warm enough to swim in all year round, and is perfect for watersports.

Puerto de Mazarron and Águilas Probably the most two important resorts after La Manga. The beaches and bay waters are welcoming. Águilas was once a fishing port used by the Romans. A 15th century castle here is well worth looking at.

Caravaca de la Cruz & Lorca These locations both have wonderful religious connotations, and a history to match. Lorca offers some of the most wonderful Easter celebrations in Spain. North of Lorca is Caravaca de la Cruz. 2010 will see the latest Annus Sanctus (Sacred Year) and there will be many pilgrimages made here. The Church of Salvador is one of the very best examples of Renaissance architecture in Murcia.

Festivals in Murcia
The Holy Week Procession – Perhaps the most famous in all of Spain, this Easter festival chronicles the events that led to the Crucifixion of Christ. In the Festival, the wonderful sculptures by esteemed artist Francisco Salzillo are borrowed from their respective museums and used in the Holy Week Procession to trace the steps of the final moments before Jesus's crucifixion.

The Easter Week Celebrations at Lorca are well worth a visit.

Jumilla, which is one of the major wine producing regions has its own wine fiesta called ‘Vendimia' – full of revelry and sampling of wine!

At Calasparra in the North West of the Region, there is a major bull running festival that takes place in September.

Every September in Cartagena, there is a local fiesta celebrating the culture of the region – residents dress up in attire from the Roman and Carthage era.

Niseko Real Estate; a Guide to Buying

Niseko is a fantastic ski resort and the property market here is booming; those that have been here to ski often decide to claim their own share of the 12 metres plus "champagne" powder snow that falls each year. But how easy is it to buy real estate in Japan? What do you need to look out for? And what legal differences are there in the real estate system?

The purchase procedure

The buyer firstly signs a Commitment to Purchase. This assures the real estate agent that they can take the property off the market and prepare the sales documents. It takes about one week/ten days for the real estate agent to draw up the statement of important matters and the sales contract. Upon signing the contract, a deposit of 10% or 20% is paid. In Japan, the deposit is paid directly to the seller. The remaining balance is paid about one month later. The solicitor registers the transfer of title and creates the title deed and the money is transferred to the seller.

The solicitor in Japan

The solicitor is responsible for checking the sales documents. They prepare the necessary information, register the title transfer and create the title deed. They also check that the real estate in question is free of debt. However, the "solicitor" involved during a real estate transaction is actually a judicial scrivener. The legal responsibility of ensuring all the information regarding the property is correct lies with the real estate agent and their transaction manager. They can be held legally responsible for providing false information, intentionally or negligently.

Real estate taxes

Approximately 3 months after title transfer, a buyer will need to pay acquisition tax. This is 3% of the council’s evaluation of the real estate in question. In Niseko area, this is payable at the Shiribeshi Government Office. From January 1st of the following year, the buyer will be eligible to pay fixed asset tax. This is 1.4% of the council’s evaluation and is payable in May each year.

Briton is a shy animal. He's reluctant to leave his natural biotope (see picture above) and rarely learns the language of other species. It won't take long till he does and as soon as he recognizes you, the Briton - being very generous by nature - will offer you a drink. And then another. And then another. And then another. And then he will leave.

If he sits at your table in France or Italy, he will try to say cunning things about food, wine and decoration. That's some his favorite subjects. So be prepared to hear one of these familiar lines: "this cheese is excellent"; "I really like French wine but some Chilian wines are even better"; "your house is AMAZING, there is so much space for the children"; "it's always been my dream to own a place in southern Europe"; "Nick and I actually thought about buying a whole village but the one we visited needs complete refurbishing"
If he comes to Germany, you won't avoid this one: "German cars are terrific. I think the best would actually be to have an english bodywork coupled with a german engine."

Then will come the time to share mutual cultural experiences.
Languages: "I learned Spanish, French, German and Ukrainian at school, I even did some latin. But I totally forgot it. It's a pity, isn't it?"

The balance of the funds should be transferred to the notaire in good time for the Acte - ignore claims that banks can get the funds across in twenty four hours - they might leave your bank but they can take considerably longer to show up in the notaires account. I usually recommend arranging the transfer at least ten days before the date of your Acte.

If you are present in France for the Acte is is normal to accompany the agent on a visit to the property where they will be reading the gas, electricity and water meters. Your job during this visit is just to ensure that the property is as you agreed. Back at the signing, the notaire will give you an Attestation de Vente to witness that you are the new legal owner and your title deeds will be sent to you in the post approximately six months afterwards.

Agency fees and notaires fees are paid at the time of the sale.
