The answer is strait forward. It depends on the type of Security Clearance the person is requesting. Also if they ask the company Security Manager they will get their answer because it is always up to the company that you work for in determining what to except and what not to except when it come to these back ground checks. The number one rule is to be 100% honest when completing the background check paper work. Bottom line the company always decides what is acceptable. They have to tell their boss about the arrest and at that point it is up to the company to except the arrest and grant the clearance.

are there any reliable sources for instant background checks on someone?
i recienty purchased a 4-plex and now that the rentivations are complete its time to rent/lease them and i would like to know what kind of tentants im getting. thanks for your help/input.hope to get some good info.

you could try people finders.com also please remember that just because someone has not so good credit that don’t mean there bad people. may be they just need some one to give them a seconded chance. good luck and god bless.

Sorry to hear of your misfortune.
I don’t think there is any software you can download to access that kind of information, its private and protected by the Data Protection act.
You might be well advised to hire a private investigator to look into it for you!

Why did the NRA oppose mandatory background checks for buying guns in Virginia?
The state legislature had a bill a couple of years ago that would require instant background checks for all people buying guns (including gun shows that are not covered by federal law), but it was defeated due to opposition from the NRA.
does anyone know a web site for downloads of software that does instant criminal and background checks .?
I found out after 50 years my mother is not who i thought she was. she stole from me. may have killed my father in 1977. police cant do anything not enough proof. I need ways to find information . this has affected my life and family. she left us in financial debt, myself depressed and feeling guilty. My because my wife and children have also been affected and emotionally hurt .we are all the family we have. we have no checking accounts or credit cards or money to pursue information on her,or a background history. please help us find was to do this on the internet. My health is not good Im at home now . this is all true. if you can help to prove its true i will let yoiu know my results.
