A credit report and criminal background check. If the employer ask, yes. If they ask and you do not tell them, you could lose the job later if they find out, by saying you lied in your interview.

How long does it take to complete background check?
I just got a fulltime job at Disneyland. I completed paper work and got a hiring package. For two weeks ago, I signed the form which was about consumer report. Now, they asked me where I lived for past 7 years for background check.
Why do they conduct a background check after they offer a job?
Or does it mean that I passed the background check so I got a job?
