How do I find a good tenant background check service?
I’ve been a landlord now for the past 10 years and I’ve acquired many properties in various states. Now I have to make sure I properly screen my tenants to protect my investments. Is there a good tenant background checks service where I can get a complete background check on my tenants without hiring any to do it for me?

Cheapest background check service online?
I need to find a a cheap, preferably free, but accurate online background check service. I need to find out if a certain person was married in the past and preferably have a photo ID of that person to prove it.
Any help would be appreciated, since this is urgent and very important to my wellbeing.

What type of background check service do employers to check a persons history?
When applying for an employment position,do employers use legitimate background checking services such as those registered with the state. The reason why I am asking is that sometimes these services can release false information about you unless its coming directly from the states database.

Employers only are allowed to use licensed background check providers. If they don’t, they can get sued very quickly as they will not be following the laws surrounding the screening of potential employees. So, assume that your potential employer is using a licensed provider for background screenings. Now if they make a mistake, and I have worked to help several who have been in that exact situation, you must be immediately notified that you have been disqualified from employment and they must reveal the exact thing they used against you from the background check report. You are then allowed to appeal the finding if it is incorrect and, if you are able to prove it is indeed false info, the false data will be cleared out and you will be declared eligible for the job.

I really want to get the best information in the easiest way possible. I know this costs some money –around 30-40$ and that is not a problem. But I do not want to be scammed or have to do a lot of searches on my own. I typed in some of the URL’s to the Better Business Bureau and resulted in no findings. So that is not a choice. Do you have any ideas of which service is best?? And have you ever done this before????
