First: Appear PERSONALLY at your lawyer’s office and demand the contact information for the Insurer.
Second: Report said crappy lawyer to your local and State Bar Associations.
Third: Send a registered, return-receipt-requested letter to the indurer demanding full payment of the judgement, including a copy of the judgement with your demand.
Last Resort: Your local law enforcement may be able to collect the debt for you if you don’t receive payment within 30 days from your written documented demand. It might be harder with an insurer, but ask.
And: Report that insurer to the Insurance Commissioner!!
Also: The mortgage broker and REALTOR will want to know that their insurer is putting you off — it makes THEM look bad. Tell them what’s going on and get them to go after their insurer, too.

I dont trust them. Once things get back to good you will see the greed pick back up!
For example, when gas prices jumped up to $4 a gallon these losers in escalades, suburbans, hummers, and lifted trucks quickly went to sell their vehicles. After prices dropped down the SUV market saw a spike in sales. Why…greed and power.

Mortgage brokers, realtors, and Lawyers take so long to pay?
When you win a lawsuit against the mentioned above why does it take their insurance companies so long to pay?
The judge gave them 24 hours to pay and they haven’t yet.
Our lawyer has never won a case this big and he is acting like he doesn’t even know us now and wont return phone calls.
We can’t call the insurance companies because we didn’t get their phone numbers to ask them what is going on.
I think the insurance company is looking where the sun doesn’t shine and doesn’t know how to get it out.
What should I do since my lawyer is acting stupid now?

Do we want an ex-corporate lawyer as our next President?
Most of the little people are sick and tired of corporate greed taking jobs away from Americans, Hillary Clinton was a corporate lawyer fighting against the common blue collar worker. I personaly feel that you can not make a lump of coal shine as a diamond by rubbing it hard enough, it will always be a lump of coal.
