How can I find a lawyer that will take on a very complex workers comp and malpractice case?
I cannot give details regarding this case. I currently live in Dallas Texas and would like to find an attorney in the Fort Worth or Arlington area that I could perhaps meet with and discuss my case. All suggestions are welcome I have not yet contacted an attorney just saw my doctor and he suggested that I find one.

Where can I find lawyer’s name is the state of Washington who could represent me to claim for my husband?
I am leaving in the Philippines but I am married to a Doctor who is now leaving in state of Washington. I would like someone who could represent me to get my entitlement from my husband however I got no means since I live here in the Philippines. I only want my entitlement from my husband being legally married to him.

Get this! They will walk you through the small claims process, step by step. You get a bunch of other stuff besides unlimited consultation. Look up news articles about big class-action lawsuits and there will be quotes from the lawyers. Just give those guys a call.

Your best bet is to get a directory of lawyers that are available in the Philippines and go from there. You would want a lawyer that is able to work with estates and wills. Also, one of the things that you will most likely be required to do is be able to prove that you are, indeed, his child, so be expecting to do a DNA test.

How do people find a real shyster lawyer? I need one.?
“Fast Food Lawsuits” appear to be the next big thing in suing-for-profit. But where do people actually find lawyers sleazy enough to sue restaurants for common-sense things?
I think I’ve got a great purely-for-money class-action involving about a dozen major fast food chains and their menus/advertising, but have no idea how to get in contact with the kind of big-time legal parasite needed to actually make a case out of it. (I don’t even know where to start looking… local guys are too small to go after fast-food giants. Do I just randomly email the big New York guys till one bites?)
Big class actions are all the same- The lawyers who file these suits make a damned fortune. Those “named” people representing the class pocket a decent chunk of change. The other hundred thousand suckers get a coupon for 25-cents off a large fry.
I want in on the action.

Where can i find lawyer or legal advice to help me with a 407 small claims court case?
The 407 ETR is taking me to court over charges they said had accumulated 8 years ago but have no photographic evidence that it was my vehicle and i’m not clear on when ‘discovery’ takes place – how long do they have to make a claim in the small claims court. Any ideas to help my case, approaches, sources for defense, inexpensive legal assistance? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!
