Criminal Charges

Yes to Mental Issues, No to Criminal Charges
None of us know what causes people to lose it when we do, yet even though we expect others to be tolerable to us, we are quick to condemn others.
The United States of America needs to show more tolerance to each other, my goodness it seems as though the only thing we know how to do is to arrest our citizens when they obviously need help. There are times when someone needs to be arrested and confined, then again there are times when a person is obviously in need of some psychiatric  care or just a shoulder to cry on. As a society we are too quick to judge another persons shortcomings and to consider them as weaknesses.  When will we realize that we all have problems and even though some of us deal with our problems in ways that could be considered as responsible, others fall short of our expectations.

Nope. There is no such thing as free. You could call your local sheriff’s dept. and they may tell you if it’s you. If you have a cop as a friend, they could find out for ya.

Criminal Charges ………..?
When you have been charged w/ Email Harassment & they classify it as Criminal (and they are going over-board about the issue which they were just postings/message board never direct emailing !!)- when you have your Lawyer w/ you & you go in front of the Judge what happens ? plea bargain ? even though they hacked in to my work computer found out it was ME !! – they made me lose my job over this now ! & they still want to continue & press charges !! so what happens next ? you tell them your guilty or the other party is crazy !!?? there now making false accusations & saying there scared & cannot go to the park w/ there children & just really drawing it out !!
I have never been in trouble & I new this person from school, so I am NOT a complete stranger !! ??

THEY didn’t do anything to you, you brought it on yourself.
I would have fired you too, I don’t pay my employees to commit crimes while on the clock.!!!

What criminal charges (not necessarily convictions)make you lose your security guard license?
I live ind D.C and hold a security guard license and have just been charged with criminal offenses. Will being charged alone cause me to lose my secuirty license? Also, how would a company even know I had pending charges unless I told them?

depends what the offenses are..
grievous bodily harm – yes
theft – yes
speeding and various traffic offenses – unlikely
A company would not know you had pending charges until they hold up and pass through court.

I don’t see why it would make any difference whether the person were licensed or not, the person would face charges of child abuse, sexual assault or murder. Depending upon your state’s laws, the individual might face additional civil charges if licensing is an issue, but that would be minor compared to the important criminal charges.

It depends on the specific laws, but 1st degree has the most severe penalty.
