This was true in my generation, and it seems to be true in this generation: a LOT of high-school students can be sadistically cruel to ANYBODY who does not fit “the mold” of what of what the ruling clique thinks a high school student should be or do.
I think this is what is happening to you; and frankly, it sucks. I read what you’re going through, and it made me angry that you’re having this inflicted on you.
I’m going to tell you this speaking from my own perspective as a gay man (who survived high school!): the fact that you like Justin Bieber means ONLY that you like Justin Bieber. It says NOTHING about whether you are male or female, gay or straight, conservative or liberal, or whether or not you like Flying Purple People Eaters.
Think about this: if your classmates say you’re a chair, does that make you a chair?
When I was in high school, I really liked classical music and was playing piano competitively (and winning competitions). Unfortunately, my high school was REALLY sports-oriented (we won the state high school football, baseball and basketball championships in one year) and I was considered terminally strange because I liked playing Beethoven, Schubert and Liszt.
Those folks in high school could brag about their athletic prowess — but when I attended my high school reunion 30 years later most of those folks were still living in my hometown, had become fat and were stuck in dead-end jobs. In the meantime, I had toured Europe and North America (several times), given lecture recitals at Harvard, Yale, Tufts, Brown University, Eastman, Indiana University, USC and UCLA, had written 60 of my own works and had become a specialist in the music of Franz Liszt — and I relished the looks on their faces when I told them what *I* had done.
You have two months until you’re rid of these a**holes and they’re gone from your life. It probably won’t be the easiest thing to put up with, but the best revenge you can have is to succeed with what you want to do — and 30 years from now when you’re attending a high school reunion and THEY are fat, stuck in dead-end jobs and still living in their hometown — be sure to rub your accomplishments in their faces!
Let me tell you: *IT’S SATISFYING*!

How come people are spreading rumors that I am gay just because I listen to a justin bieber song ?
The humilation is now has just begun to rise to a whole different level now and I just can’t take it anymore. I’m a 19 year old guy and I’m a senior in high school and I have different music taste from everybody, I like to listen to Justin Bieber’s music. I would choose Justin Bieber’s music over other artists like Eminem and Lil Wayne. I just think Eminem and Lil Wayne are just plain out gross and disgusting who always talks about sex in their songs, It seems like they think they can’t be popular without putting dirty lyrics in the song. I also think that Eminem is not even talented at all, Just a guy who is writing trash music. Justin Bieber is better because his music is clean and it is appriopriate. People at my school called me a gay for listening to Justin Bieber’s Music, they said why don’t you come out of the closet already Maggot ? I mean I’m Straight so I don’t know what the heck are they talking about. They also said I can’t get girlfriends if i listen to Justin Bieber, I doubt that because Justin Bieber had tons of girls screaming when he sings, I think they are just jealous of him being popular. They also said Justin Bieber is gay which I don’t believe, If he was gay then how come a girl played his love interest in his music video for the song Baby ? The girl who played his love interest was Jasmine Villegas. Those people are now spreading rumors that I’m a gay guy because I listen to Justin Bieber and now there are gay dudes following me, a few girls ditched me when they heard that other girls didn’t believe them. I think I can get tons of girlfriends If I listen to Justin Bieber’s music. I really like his newest song Baby Featuring Ludacris. How come people like to pick on me so much because I like to listen to a justin bieber song?
I’m getting picked on very heavy in school because everyone knows i listen to a Justin bieber song. I’ve told my friends that I listened to Justin’s newest song Baby and I really like that song, It just my taste in music types. I hate music that are degrading like Rap Music by artists like Eminem, Soulja Boy and all the other rappers who put dirty stuff into their lyrics. There’s only one Rapper I respect and that is Ludacris because he is in Justin’s song. I just hate Eminem so much. People are calling me gay for listening to Justin bieber’s song Baby, they say It’s like your calling gay guys to you. But the song was talking about a girl not a guy so why do they say that. The rumors spread so much that gay guys of my high school are now sending me tons on request to add me on facebook, I got 230 requests in 4 hours yesterday evening and I had to sit and deny every request. How come people like to pick on me like this ? Can a guy just get to listen to whatever he wants without being called gay ? How can I stop those gay guys from sending me requests ? I’m a Straight Guy and I’m attracted to girls not guys.

What song is this???? Oldies song that sounds similar to the start of Baby by Justin Bieber!?!?
If memory serves, its by a black accapella group. Like the Temptations or something. Smooth motown jazzy music. The start, like Baby by Bieber, starts like “Oh Oh. O-O-O-O-O-O Oh Oh.”
