Im getting discharged from the military, which is better to apply regular or disability unemployment?
I currently have service connected injuries which is documented in my medical records. But as everybody know the VA process is like watching paint dry. Im going to put my claim in, but i need compensation as soon as possible. So which is a better temp. solution for pay?

Wrongful Termination?
My situation is very unique.
I am a 20 year old black male. I worked for a private, family owned grocery store.
I was the first hired when it opened. And since my position, ive been asked to do thing I believe is immoral such as, using two chemical solutions known as acetone to remove expiration dates from products & as well as simply putting product on shelves that was previously covered with maggots, rather than my own option of either throwing away or disinfecting properly. However both of these tasks they requested me to do I refused to to the fact of me believing that erasing expiration dates with chemicals to be sold to the general public is JUST NOT RIGHT! Along with, of the maggots and the paint thinner/acetone I have footage of these product and moving bugs that I recorded on my iPhone, just incase I needed it for protection.
Anyways. I was terminated October 7th, and ironically the night before i has fell in a hole in the attic floor and hurt my leg as well as my back,as i fell in the hole and fell on my back, sorta hard to explain. Anyways, after I pulled my self out, i was feeling really weird, and requested a Workers Compensation Claim form, in which I was refused and told to “go home early” and was escorted off of the premises. And of course the next day I was terminated due to some BOGUS reason being that I “told the manager he was nobody”.
Earlier I had mentioned my ethnicity, the purpose of that was ironically after my termination the remainder of “black” people at my job were terminated as well, which raises question.
Also KTXL 40 wants to do a story on my situation, but rejected at this time because I am applying for unemployment and dont want to harm that…
Anyways, I am in California. And had question on if I had any possibility for a case.
@commonsense
oh wow.
1. actually i DO have the iphone 3GS. hypthetically speaking even if it was an iphone 3G i can jailbreak it to record video.
2. the job is predominately white, it is not normal to just completely terminate ALL black ethnic workers.
3. as farfetched as it sounds, this is actually the truth.

first report the injury, since the employer refused, you do so through the state at: http://www.dir.ca.gov/dwc/IandA.html
the state will resolve this part of your problem for you.
as far as the other issues;
you should have contacted the health department with your concerns and should do so now for the safety and health of others.
provide your evidence and they will deal with those issues.
as noted earlier if you had reported illegal activity to the proper agency you would have been protected by whistle-blower laws but that is a moot point now.
keep copies of all your evidence and the claims you file as they may assist you in becoming eligible for unemployment compensation.
California is an “at-will” employment state so unless you can prove that discrimination, retaliation or taking part in a protected activity was the sole reason for your termination there is simply no “wrongful termination” involved here.
the question for unemployment will be did the employer have “cause” to terminate you which the employer has to prove that they did …………
this is where the evidence of your other claims may come into play.
file for unemployment at: http://www.edd.ca.gov/Unemployment/
i am not judging the merits of your claims or suggesting you or the employer did anything wrong. i just want to point you down the right roads to see this resolved.

I need finance help is someone there that could help me.?
I need for someone out there to lend me $98,000.00 to unfreeze my assets. I have $62,000.00 in superannuation funds, $50,000.00 equity in my home and $30,000.00 compensation claim. I have all these funds but can not access because of the freeze. I have to pay the $98,000.00 in full before I can access these funds. I’m on the edge of the cliff and about to jump, if I can not come up with a solution. Might be easier to jump but I want to live. Is there some kind hearted person out there that maybe be able to help me. I’ve been the banks and brokers but can’t help. Please someone save me you will never regret in helping me.

You can apply for unemployment, but never heard of disability unemployment. Regardless you will have to go through the VA for service connected injuries. The best way to speed the process is to have the medical records in hand when you apply. I did and had mine in 6 months as opposed to 2 years. What ever you do do not take a lump sum if offered. This is a one time payment in which you sign off liability from the military and cannot go back to them later for problems. My brother did this and regrets it now, he tried to reopen his case and they won’t do it. Disability is done through the Social Security Administration and they are as slow and more difficult.

What are my legal rights regarding faulty computer software?
I brought Antivirus/Firewall software & ever since installing the Laptop crashed & rebooted itself
The frequency of this varied, sometimes worked for 12 hours, other times rebooted 8+ times in 20minutes!
Supplier said ‘they only sell the software’ & ‘to talk to the distributor’, who claimed it was a ‘common problem’ that would be fixed by uninstalling & reinstalling it, making sure it fully updates.
Did this 4 times it still occurred so they told me to contact the Software Development Company, who told me they have ‘never had the problem before’ then almost instantly sent a step by step solution
Tried that twice, no success so they suggested repeating it in safe mode & only partially reinstalling again in safe mode, tried 3 times
This still did not resolve the problem
The supplier is now offering a refund but what about compensation for the inconvenience that this has caused
I have lost several days working time due to this, numerous files & a client, due to delays this caused

If its not working correctly take it back for your money or an exchange (Sale of Goods Act).
Your contract is with the shop not the manufacturers (Donogue v Stevenson 1932).
Makes me very lived that shop keeps do not know the law and they trade!

Does anyone believe the quotes on page 3 of The Sun (UK tabloid)?
There is a long tradition of having a photo of a bare breasted girl on page 3. But now there is a little quote above the picture, attributed to the model. Today, a 20 year old Essex girl says she is appalled at the huge amount of money the NHS wastes on settling compensation claims. Can a naked 20 year old Essex glamour model even spell “NHS”? I doubt it.
Last week one model gave her eloquent take on the economy and a solution to the credit crunch.
Come on, does anyone really think these bare breasted beauties are really saying these things?
