    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    Don’t forget eat lot of protein for repair/rebuild your muscle. You need 1 gram protein of 1 pound of your body weight per day. Example if you weight 140 pound, you need 140 gram protein per day

    What is the best way to get six-pack abs and tone the body?
    I’ve just gotten back into working out, I have been doing it for almost a year now; my question is this, what is the best way to get a six-pack and tone the body as well? Would weight training or body-weight training work? I’m already on a diet and drink water. Here is my question again: what is the best way to get six-pack abs and tone the body as well?

    what is the best ways to get a six pack?
    Like what should I do? I do sit ups already about 50 a day, is there any other way to workout your abs, I have no machines or equipments, I started to workout about 2 or 3 weeks ago, i have a 2 pack, and ideas or anything

    What is the best way to get six pack abs?
    I am interested in a girl at my school and I see that she likes strong men such as Taylor Lautner (for his abs). I’m not fat but I don’t have much abs showing. What is the best way for me to get them? I heard that sit ups are not the most efficient way.
