Don’t forget eat lot of protein for repair/rebuild your muscle. You need 1 gram protein of 1 pound of your body weight per day. Example if you weight 140 pound, you need 140 gram protein per day

without the correct diet you will never have a 6pack
you cant have a visible 6pack until you get your body fat percentage down to between about 10-12% or lower
now, i dont know exactly what you weigh or what your body fat percentage is, but doing situps alone will not be enough.
situps are a resistance exercise – like bicep curls
they encourage the muscle to grow and strengthen it – but they dont burn off fat that is on top of the muscle
you cant spot reduce fat – so you cant decide you just want the fat off your stomach gone – the body decides where it burns the fat from
the bad news is the stomach is always first to gain last to lose…
its nature – fat is easier to carry round if it is around your abdomen so it stores it here first
just eat lean – no junk – do some cardio such as running or swimming and by all means do your situps and you should see improvements in a few weeks!
dont be fooled into thinking abdominal exercises are how you get a 6pack – it is a common misconception, and big companies exploit this with there cr*ppy gimick devices such as those electronic toning belts
-these are a waste of time
if you chose only one thing to believe today – believe this statement:
99% of abdominal definition is DIET!

What is the best way to get six-pack abs and tone the body?
I’ve just gotten back into working out, I have been doing it for almost a year now; my question is this, what is the best way to get a six-pack and tone the body as well? Would weight training or body-weight training work? I’m already on a diet and drink water. Here is my question again: what is the best way to get six-pack abs and tone the body as well?

what is the best ways to get a six pack?
Like what should I do? I do sit ups already about 50 a day, is there any other way to workout your abs, I have no machines or equipments, I started to workout about 2 or 3 weeks ago, i have a 2 pack, and ideas or anything
