what makes a good team leader

By NBPuser On October 4, 2010 Under What Youve Heard

Thomas is seeking a bit worried. Thomas is almost cheeky, as he says to Jesus that He is aware of the place that you are heading but we do not know the place that you are heading so how can we know the best way. Jesus is so lovingly patient. No matter what your query is, you are able to continually uncover that Jesus in immensely patient.

But, if it were not for this query raised by Thomas one of the disciples of Jesus, we might never have had these well-known words in verse 6 of John Chapter 14.

Do take time or make time to read these words and study them closely. They're crucial, and there exists continually a special reward or blessing for people who read and study the Word of God as we've got it in the scriptures of your Old and New Testament.

there exists absolutely nothing like in the whole world and there exists no leader like Jesus Christ anyplace else who draws near His quality of management and He trains and prepares other folks to serve as He Himself served.

The incredibly fact that we've got a leader who served is another area of uniqueness. How many leaders are known for serving? Most look to be served, but that may be not the best way of Jesus Christ and ought not to be the best way of His disciples either.

Some have mentioned, I will tell you the best way, or I will show you the best way, but it's only Jesus who says, I am the best way. This really is management which can't be found anyplace else, and this leader is risen from the dead. He is alive these days. No other leader can come into that category! This really is one of the things which makes Jesus Christ a most exciting leader to follow.

Know Me. Get to understand Me, and that may be all you must know. This really is what makes our faith distinctive.

We hear men and women say that all you must do is just try your ideal and do the very best you are able to and be sincere and be as great as you are able to. Ah, but sincerity can't wipe away sin. Only Jesus Christ, the Son of God, can do that.

that may be why we must be missionaries and not just send missionaries, but be missionaries.

Our country, our nation, our society, is as godless and as wicked as many nations overseas, and men and women ought to come to understand Jesus.

If you might have Jesus, you might have anything you have to have for the future. Should you don't have Jesus, you might have absolutely nothing.

Peter is so involved with "Where" and Jesus teaches and explains with such clarity that He is going to the Father' home to prepare a room or place for people who are His.

Thomas is involved with, "How" are we going to get there, and Jesus answers, I am the best way and Should you know Me just maintain following. that may be the best way, and that may be the only way!

Philip seems to be involved with "Who" and who are we going to meet when we arrive there? We know you but what may be the Father like. Show us the father. Point Him out to us.

Jesus says, In a way, you might have been seeking at Him more than these past three years. the father is in me and I am in Him. We are in every other. anything I've mentioned, He would have mentioned. I've only mentioned what the father wished me to say, and,I've mentioned it in the best way the father wished it mentioned.

Peter, Thomas, Philip and all you other folks - believe me. Here is a leader who is aware of how you can deal with major issues and concerns.

Our loving God is just not remote and impersonal. Here is authoritative management when and the place management if most required.

He comes to meet us and save us from our sins. He comes to heal us and minister to our needs. He comes to teach us and answer our questions. He comes to care for us and shepherd us. He comes to guard us and protect us, and when something is troubling disciples of Jesus Christ, He can come tenderly to satisfy and soothe.
