So Firstly we need to understand what is a fantasy football. First of all there is a fantasy football commissioner who is entrusted with the league very much similar to the real life. The commissioner invests his money in the prospective team. This person is the person who makes decisions, final arbiter of all disputes, and is bound to have the maximum issues and concerns and obviously headaches. Then there are the various team owners. The team owners manage their respective teams and are required to pay a less fee than the fantasy football commissioner. It's the owner of the teams that decide who shall be on the teams and which players will start etc. So it's the teams which the owners require. The next step is to consolidate all the real football players, impart them with a rank and then formulate a draft. After that each team owner picks the players to form his team. It all depends on how well the team is formulated and how great fantasy it is. Some leagues prevent one team from having all the best players and pose other restrictions as well.

Fantasy football allows game lovers to a peek in the game themselves and indulges into real thrill and fun. It all depends on the players included and the real touchdown performances in the varied matches. As the players fare well, the team which has the player in fantasy foot ball earns points.
