It is free for the basic leagues. To upgrade so everybody in your league gets StatTracker and a trophy, etc. is a fee.

I’ve tried Yahoo!, ESPN, CBS, and Fox. Here is what I think.

Yahoo! is a simple site that is not complex and is what I use for family (non-serious) leagues. If they have free live scoring its not too bad and most already have a yahoo account. Ive used this for past 8 years.

ESPN I found to be needlessly complicated and not all that user friendly but we did only give a try for one year.

I tried Fox when they first came out and a bunch of issues. It is nice but the issues made it so that we only used the site one year and moved one. It is like the other sites with posting stories and such but just never gave it another shot.

I personally like CBS as they let you do everything that the other sites do but are often the ones who set the standard. Leagues can be as simple or as complicated as you want. This is the one that I use for our keeper league and have only received good reviews from the guys. Being able to post stories poking fun at each other, a decent research system, live scoring, and the ability to easily track of the winnings keeps me coming back. There are two types and I use the pay version, but here is a link if you want 50% off the price of setting a league. http://cbssports.com/ref/39411150 It is not a scam I promise, just wanted to pass it along and recommend going with whichever site fits your league the best.

    Good luck.
