How to Avoid the Most Common Mistakes Women Make When Getting Back Their Ex
Did you know that it really doesn't have to be a huge deal to get back with your ex boyfriend after a breakup? Most women though will end up screwing up their chances.

Second, almost all breakups happen because one person wants to take some time to step away from the relationship to think about things for a while. So you need to just give your boyfriend the space he needs to think. Just completely and fully stop trying to contact or reach out to your boyfriend at all for about two to four weeks. This will likely be total torture for you to just let go, but it is truly going to help if you want to get back together.
While you are in this "no contact" phase, you can do two things to increase the odds of repairing the relationship.
First you should try to identify the exact reason for the breakup. If he tells you that he is breaking up with you because you didn't do the dishes, that's probably not the full story. Dig down a bit more and you may find something more substantial. Perhaps your boyfriend felt you were too needy and that he was being suffocated by it. Or maybe it was the other way around and he thought you were holding too much of your affection back from him. This isn't an exercise in guilt, but just trying to grasp exactly what happened and seeing where you might have done things better. If you really want to get back with your ex then make sure that you learn as much as you can about why things didn't work out so you can ensure you don't do the same errors in the future.
Secondly, keep in mind that for these two to four weeks, you want him to think that you just completely fell off the face of the earth. Your boyfriend will be left wondering what happened to you and how you're doing. He will remember all the warm memories you've shared and he may even have the urge to contact you. You will get faster results the more firmly you stick to this.
Probably one of the most effective strategies you can do to get back with your ex is to actually step away and give him the space that he wants to think things through. Let him experience what it's like to have a life without you there. There's a very good likelihood that he will start missing you and try to reach out to you. He will find himself becoming the one who is trying to get back together with for once. Make him work for a little and soon he'll come to the conclusion that it was a big mistake to you leave you in the first place.
