Getting back together with your ex isn't easy. However there are a few tips that you can use to have them back again. So many people simply fail while trying to win their ex boyfriend back. To be fair it's not entirely our own fault. No one has ever handed us an instruction book that teaches us how to handle break ups, never mind how to get an ex boyfriend back after a breakup. Firstly to get your ex boyfriend back you need to get your head straight. Get rid of any negative thoughts. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. I'll freely admit that one was the hardest for me. But you have to be willing to be strong.
Don't let your emotions drag you into depression. You won't achieve your goal if you can't keep your mind clear with your emotions firmly in check. Negative thoughts lead to destructive behaviour.

Accept that your old relationship is dead. However much we pray for it, we cannot go back in time and change the way it happened. Try not to let your mind wander into the past.
Focus on the present. If you come to terms with the fact that your past relationship wasn't perfect then you are laying a good foundation for the future relationship. You are probably glossing over the bad stuff that happened. But think about this; the relationship didn't go bad in one day. Don't expect it to get fixed in one day either.

Don't pester your ex. The worst thing you can do is get possessive. Your ex will hate that and feel smothered. It may be comforting for you to see or hear them but if you really intend to get back together you need to quietly back off for a while. Don't continuously call, text, email or turn up at places your ex hangs out. Give them time to reflect, they may realize they have made a mistake in breaking up. They may begin to miss you. But if you blow it by being possessive you will have a much harder time in getting them back.

Become more attractive. Get some new clothes, or a new hairstyle. When we are in a relationship it's so easy to pick up a few extra pounds. Start exercising and eat a little more healthily. If you look good on the outside you will feel better on the inside. And by feeling good you will be more confident and happier. You start to project this confidence and people start to notice, including your ex.

Take it easy. If you followed steps one thru four your ex will probably get in touch. Imagine their surprise at the new you. They may well be sorry that they broke up with you. If you do seem them, keep your physical contact to a minimum.
There's nothing that will make them chase harder than you playing a bit hard to get. When you do get back together you stand a better chance of keeping the relationship going for the long term.
These tips will be hard for you at first, but you must resist the temptation to call or see them. These techniques will help you get your ex boyfriend back.
